Top South African juniors Paul Boshoff and Tristen Strydom are gearing up for their third start in Europe this month at the Belgian International Amateur Golf Championship, which tees off at Royal Antwerp on Wednesday.

The reigning Nomads SA Boys Under-19 Stroke Play and Match Play champions began their campaign at the PonCat Dutch Junior Open at the GolfClub Toxandria in the Netherlands.

The Ekurhuleni juniors then travelled to Hamburg where they competed in the German International Amateur.

Strydom made it to the weekend after posting rounds of 72 and 73 at the Golf Club Hamburg Wendlohe. The 17-year-old added a 73 in the third round and fired a final round 68 for a share of 35th on two-under-par 286.

From Belgium, the teenagers will travel back to Germany where they will join fellow South African juniors Altin van der Merwe and Jovan Rebula at the RB German Junior at Golfclub Heddesheim in Gut Neuzenhof from 5-7 August.
